Today is Monday and it's raining. Remember that Carpenter song "...rainy days and Mondays always get me down"? Imagine how it is when it's a rainy day plus it's a Monday? I want nothing more than to snuggle deeper under the sheets and sleep this day away.
There should be a law that when it rains on a Monday, one doesn't have to show up for work.
